I changed my mind. Can I return the product and get a refund?
We do not accept any returns or refunds unless the product has arrived broken or defective due to manufacturing errors. If in any case the product you received is damaged/defective, please contact me by email within 48 hrs and return the item within 7 days of receipt. We will not return or exchange any items if the buyer fails to do as the above regardless whatever reasons you may have. Refund will only be issued if the item is out of stock. All returned items should be in it's original packing and in unused condition. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will exchange/refund accordingly. In the event of any disputes, the final decision lies with us.

Sorry but PayPal is the only payment method at this moment. No exceptions. All payment must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Do I have to pay any customs duty charged by our local customs office?
As a normal practice, I will declare your parcel as GIFT at a reasonable total value without any formal statement attached if sent by international air mail service. This is done in order to help you lower your risk of being charged with customs duty by your local customs office. By doing so, 99% air parcel is duty-free according to past experience. For more information about customs duty, please check with your local customs office at your end. I am not responsible for any customs duty that you may be charged by your customs office.

When will I receive my product(s)?
It depends on your destination country, but under normal circumstances, the estimated shipping days will be as below for the indicated countries. 5 - 14 days for the US 7 - 21 days for the UK, 10 - 21 days for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Russian Federation, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Poland, Slovakia, Turkey, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Bermuda, Belgium, Armenia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, and Asian countries, 21 - 30 days for Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Brazil, and other European countries For other countries not indicated above, please contact us by email. In case of URGENT delivery needed, 'EXPRESS DELIVERY' service with an extra cost is available upon request. In case of non-delivery due to one of the following reasons, the buyer is fully responsible for shipping and handling incurred for re-postage of the item(s).1. Buyer's incorrect or incomplete shipping address 2. Unknown addressee, 3. Buyer's oversight in collecting the parcel at his/her local post office after collection deadline, and 4.
